Club Meeting February 13, 2025, 5:30-8 PM - Guest Speaker Andy Mill - Bonus Casting Demo with Andy from 4-5 PM!

After nearly two years in the planning, we are very excited to have Andy Mill as our guest speaker for our February 13, 2025, club meeting. A legendary downhill ski racer, this former Olympian found his next passion in tarpon fishing, and were it an Olympic sport, he’d be a gold medalist, having won 5 Gold Cup Tarpon Tournaments and the Tarpon Fishing “triple crown”. His Millhouse podcasts are a compendium of compelling interviews of masters in the world of fishing, and his book “A Passion for Tarpon” is a classic in the fishing library. He will take us on a journey of to the world of tarpon fishing that will illuminate his pursuit of perfection in the sport. This is an opportunity to hear one of the all-time greats!

As you might imagine, Andy is a highly accomplished caster and casting instructor. Before the meeting, from approximately 4-5 PM, he’ll give us a demonstration of casting techniques at the field adjacent to the Community Center.
