Tuesday Morning Casting Games at Lakes Park

Joe Mahler, Ed Matuizak and Walt Hoover are competitive casters as well as instructors, and they get together to practice accuracy and distance casting every Tuesday at 9 AM at the Bermuda Field at Lakes Park, Fort Myers. They have extended an invitation to everyone to join them in these “casting games” and the weekly sessions have been a great success. Everyone who participates has upped their game. The sessions last about 2 hours, but you can come and go as you please. Bring your favorite rod (8 wt. is best), Skill level is not as important as dedication to becoming a better caster. No registration is required - just show up and enjoy. Park in Lot #3 and be. sure to pay for parking or buy a Lee County Parks Annual Permit ($60 on line).
